We cover the shipping costs for every order in Australia. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity required.

Below are the average delivery times for all our packages:

- After placing your order, we need 1 - 2 business days to process it. During weekdays, this is one business day, but if you order on Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take slightly longer.

- Once your order is processed, it will be shipped, and it typically takes 4 to 6 business days to be delivered.

Once you've placed an order with us, you can track your package's arrival within a few days. You'll receive your personal tracking code via email, allowing you to track your order through our tracking partner. You can see how this works on our Track & Trace page.

Delivery of Your Order

When your order is delivered, you can enjoy your purchase! However, things can sometimes go wrong. Do you want to exchange or return an item? Then visit this page.

Product Defect?

That's unfortunate! Unfortunately, products can get damaged during transport. In that case, we always deliver a new package for free the first time, but we cannot provide a refund. If it happens again, we will refund you the full purchase amount.

Placing an Order

The ordering process at Amys-Choice is very simple. First, you need to go to the product page and add the desired product to your shopping cart. Click the "Add to Cart" button.

It's important to make sure you've selected the correct variants. If everything is correct, click the "Proceed to Checkout" box. On the information page, enter the correct address details. Make sure all information is correct. Once these details are filled in correctly, you can click the "Proceed to Shipping" button.

On the "Shipping" page, you can review the entered address details. It also indicates that each shipment is completely free of charge. As a token of our appreciation for our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can proceed by clicking the "Proceed to Payment" box.

Lost Package?

If a package goes missing or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we always send a new package first before proceeding with refunds and returns. If the order is not received 60 days after shipping, it can be refunded.
