Return and refund policy
Returns are possible within 30 days:
- Products must be in original condition and bear the original labels and tags.
- The packaging must not be damaged and must be in original condition.
- The items to be returned must not show signs of use.
Please note. If the returned items do not meet these conditions, unfortunately we cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
Always make sure your parcel is marked with a Track & Trace code. Returns that are lost will not be refunded unless proof of shipment is provided with a Track & Trace code. Returns by post without a Track & Trace code are at your own risk. As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
As soon as we have received your return, we will notify you by e-mail that the return has been received. Within a few days of processing your return, we will refund the purchase price to your account.
Cancellation of orders
You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After 5 minutes, our orders are stopped in the processing and after that a cancellation is unfortunately not possible.
To cancel your order, please contact us at info@amys-choice.com after you have placed the order.
Returns are always at the risk of the sender, return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Wrong article or wrong size?
If you receive the wrong item or size, you will be sent the correct item for free!
Refund
We refund our returns on average within 3-5 working days of receipt.
